The house currently has 2 levels with 2 separate entrances.
The loft space would make 3 levels, its huge so could easily create an additional 2 bedrooms & a large bathroom on the upper floor.

The living space is 35 foot 4 inches by 17 foot 5 inches, ideal for open plan living.  There are 3 huge windows in the living space, they are each 6 foot 6 inches by 5 foot 2 inches. There is already a alcove built into the living space ideal for the kitchen, whilst still leaving it open plan. There is an additional window in the kitchen space. All need new glazing.

The basement of the house is 34 foot 1 inch by 15 foot 4 inches. This is built of natural stone construction and could create a further 2 bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. Currently there is one window in this space. There are also solid oak supporting beams which are exposed, these are stunning & the builders said of a quality you wouldn't be able to find today, if you wanted to sell them each one would be worth in excess of £250. I think there are 4 or 6 of these, I don't remember exactly though personally I would leave them in situ. The current head height is 6 foot 1 inch and could be made bigger if this isn't enough.


The entrance hallway is 11 foot by 10 foot 4 inches, nice & square.

The external space surrounds all 4 sides of the property. I haven't measured this just the space where I had planned to install a swimming pool. This space measures 125 foot by 55 foot on top of the additional land.

The views are absolutely stunning!
