These terms and conditions act as a part of the contract between the seller (LFP) and the customer (buyer).

By making a payment, the customer agrees to all T&C and understands they are entering a legally binding contract with LFP
By accepting payment LFP agrees to supply the buyer with goods as ordered from the website
Every attempt is made to insure all images and colours as accurate as possible. Images shown are only for illustration purpose, however at time products may vary from the images shown on the website
Prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate
All goods remain the property of LFP until payment in full has been received
Orders are only accepted once all payments have been received in full, including any taxes and delivery charges which may apply
Once the order has been accepted, both LFP and the buyer are in contract which is governed by English law(s). Any disputes will be resolved in line with English law and if need be in a English court
LFP is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses or costs incurred to any party as a result of using this website. The buyer agrees not to hold LFP or its employee and agents against any liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses or any other costs
Any liability will be limited to a maximum of £1,000.00 per claim
The buyer must satisfy themselves, any products ordered are suitable for their requirements

Any costs incurred to LFP due to deliveries not be accepted first time will be charged to the buyer
Deliveries are to kerbside or loading area, delivery drivers are not obliged or required to assist in unloading. The buyer must ensure they have sufficient staff and proper equipment to unload.
Orders can only be cancelled prior to goods been dispatched, once goods have been dispatched the order can not be cancelled. Should the buyer no longer require the goods, they must adhere to the return process.
Any shortages or damages must be emailed to LFP within 48 hours
Damages must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, failure to do so will result in any claims been invalidated
Goods can only be returned once a return’s authorised code (RAC) has been issued by LFP. Goods returned without a valid RAC will not be accepted by LFP. RAC can be requested by emailing LFP on returns@LFP.co.uk, within 7 days of delivery
Any goods returned, must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Goods will be accepted entirely at LFP’s discretion and a 10% (minimum of £5.00) restock levy will be charged
LFP reserves the right to charge for any missing or un-sellable items and any re-packing
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after goods have been received by LFP, minus any charges
Refunds can only be made back on to the credit /debit card used to make the payment. Payment made by cheques or postal order will be refunded by a company cheque. 5% bank chargers will be applied on all refunds
Defective goods will exchanged or refunded once goods have been received by LFP
Delivery charges will not be refunded. Any costs incurred when returning goods will be the buyers responsibility
LFP highly recommends, the buyer ensures they have adequate insurance when returning any goods. LFP is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit
LFP is not responsible for any delays once the order has been dispatched
LFP can not held responsible for any issue(s) which may arise that are beyond LFP control
All sizes quoted are for nominal serving and can not be used as a legal measure
LFP may contact customer with special offers, new products or updates
Every effect is made to ensure all information supplied by LFP is correct at all times, however LFP can not held responsible for any mistake(s) or error(s)
