This item has three choices:

The first is the basic box and rails the second two add one or two pieces of pre-cut vet fleece to fit inside the box

The fleece lining is made from high quality vet bedding and allows any wetness to drain through to keep the upper surface as dry as possible. They are machine washable and will give the mum to be a warm and comfy place to rest.

The Whelping Box is made from a strong, double walled corrugated cardboard.

The boxes are designed to be disposable to avoid the risk of cross contamination on subsequent litters.
They are supplied complete with a water resistant treated cardboard base and the option of a white fleece bedding cut to size (See below)
The product includes 3 puppy rails, made from 21mm wooden dowel. The rails are designed to reduce the risk of the pups being rolled on by the mum as they offer a safe haven for the pups to wriggle to.

Not sure what size you need? - The best way to be sure of the right size is to measure the mum-to-be from nose to base of tail (where the tail meets the body). Add 4 inches to this if you are going to use the puppy rails, and then select a box that will allow her to lay flat along one side
