The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Return policy details
We accept returns up to 14 days as per the consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000. After this time we accept returns up to 30 days but only 80% of the transaction will be refunded to cover administrative and restocking fees.
The item must be in the original packaging, brand new and unused and in re selling
condition. If the item or packaging has been damaged we have the right to reduce
the refund to cover cost.
All return postage cost will be at the customers expense and will not be refunded under any circumstance. It is up to the customer to ensure that the item comes back to us safe and undamaged. We would advice sending the item recorded and make sure that you keep the poof of postage.
All our items are coved by manufacturers warranties. We would advise contacting
the manufacture for any claims however you can send it back to us and we can
sent it off to the manufacture but the postage will not be refunded.
