Due to manual handling and health and safety regulations, this doorset (150kgs-180kgs depending on size) must be transported on a large pallet, which takes up 4 pallet spaces, hence the cost of delivery. The new double emergency fire exit door set uses a single fire exit crash bar for the active leaf and a 2 point up/down version for the passive leaf. With the crash bars locking points and dog bolts, 7 locking points securely hold the door leaves in place when closed to. Although externally accessible from stock using its' standard rim cylinder, a compatible external locking knob or handle set is highly recommended for ease of access and increased security.
