Payment Policy
PayPal is our preferred payment method for most our eBay sales. PayPal lets you send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. It's immediate and convenient and your payment is traceable letting you track the status of your payment using My eBay or your PayPal account.
Shipping Policy
Our shipping is FREE to the UK using Royal Mail first class. Our usual dispatch time is within 1-2 days! Royal Mail aims to deliver within seven days but in most cases are delivered between 1-2 working days.
Don't live in the UK? Not a problem, we ship across Europe and worldwide. Our international shipping is Royal Mail standard international postage, the charge for this is £4.99 with £2 for every additional item. Please allow from 7-14 days from dispatch for delivery.
In the unlikely event that an item is lost in the post with Royal Mail we will not be in any position to take any action before 15 working days (3 weeks) have elapsed from the expected date of dispatch. This condition is set by Royal Mail and not us. Should your item not arrive on the closing day of that period, we will refund the in FULL for the lost item or arrange a replacement.
Returns Policy
Refunds on all items returned within 14 days except where stated otherwise ie personalised items.
