We adhear to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. 1. Do not email or telephone us to request a return, simply use our return form / receipt, which is located within your parcel. 3. Send your item via a recorded delivery service (optional). Note we do not refund postage costs in general and if so, only at our discretion. If the item is lost in the post, this is your responsibility. 4. When returning shoes, do not stick any tape or labels on the outside of the shoe box please. Instead wrap the box in suitable outer packaging. Wrap the shoes in the original tissue paper or bubble wrap. Any damage to shoes will invalidate your refund. Damaged boxes with writing or tape on will incur a £3 charge, as we will have to replace the box. 5. Refunds will be made back to the original payment used only. It will take upto 5 working days (from receipt of the item) for us to validate and process your refund. Please do not email us within this time, asking us to process your refund. 6. Postage costs outside of the UK will not be refunded, unless we have sent you the wrong item. Proof of your issue will need to be emailed to us first, and we will only pay for an economy return (strictly not a courier or expedited service).
