How do I return an Item?
If you require a different size/colour or wish to be Refunded then please return the item/items to the address on your invoice. Please also include a copy of the invoice along with a note to say which option you would like. You will need to pay for your own Return Postage, please remember to get a receipt to prove postage. If you require a new size/colour sending back to you then we have a Standard Postage Fee of £2.95 (for UK Mainland Buyers), this is to help cover our costs to send the new item to you. Please send a Cheque or Postal Order made payable to: '100% cotton shop' or you can send the payment via PayPal to our email address on your invoice. Once we have received your item/items then we will process your return.

Advice on Footwear Sizing: With our experience we have found that sizing can differ from Manufacturer and more importantly between Footwear Styles, please do not assume that because you are a size:UK10 for example that all Footwear of the same size will Fit you OK. Please be aware that you may need to pay for your own return postage costs should the Footwear not be of a suitable Fit.
