If I Change My Mind...
If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind... you then have "60 Days", in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused in the original packaging and in the same condition as per received.
Please advise us by eBay Messenger by clicking on the "ask a question" link near the bottom of the listing, if you are wanting to proceed with a return, we need to open a "Cancel Transaction Case" and will provide you with a "RMA Number" to send back with the goods.
(Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be at the Buyers expense. Transport packaging should be sufficient for the method of carriage. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier*)
Faulty Returns Items...
Any items sold as New will carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty, which is usually 1 Year, unless stated otherwise.
If the goods are faulty, not as described, you have "30 days" in which a return can be raised. In the first instance of a return being initiated, please communicate with us via eBay Messenger by clicking on the "ask a question" link near the bottom of the listing and we can action the enquiry accordingly.
Damaged in Transit…
If the item arrives damaged in transit, please advise us immediately, If the item is faulty or damaged, typically we will repair the machine or provide spare parts, dependant on the fault.
If this isn't possible, we will be happy to offer a direct replacement or refund you in full, via the original payment method used.
*If you are wanting a refund for the goods, we will need to raise a "Cancel Transaction Case" with you in order to initiate the return with eBay and will provide you with a "RMA Number" to send back with the goods.
I'm Missing Parts Which State They Should Be There...
If you are missing parts which are listed as inclusive with the item, please communicate with us via eBay Messenger by clicking on the "ask a question" link near the bottom of the listing and we can arrange for the parts to be sent on accordingly.
We will only pay for the collection of any goods which are "Faulty", "Not As Described" or "Damaged" only
