Before Buying an Item

Although every effort has gone into producing high quality images of all items, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will correctly replicate the colours.

Please ensure you carefully check all measurements and payment instructions before buying an item.  We are pleased to answer any further queries you may have about an item.  We require bidders to have a PayPal account.  However, this does not mean you must pay for the item using PayPal as we do accept other methods (see below).

Payment (UK and International Customers)

We politely request that payment for all items is made within four days of purchase.  If you don't have a PayPal account and are unable to bid, please contact us and we can amend the buyer requirement settings.

For customers within the UK we are also able to accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or postal order.  Please note that we are only able to accept payment by PayPal for customers outside of the UK.

Delivery

Items are usually dispatched within 4 working days of receiving cleared payment.  All items will be shipped with a signature on delivery service. Please ensure that somebody will be at the collection address to sign for the item.  We will always use the address you have on file with eBay, unless we are advised otherwise in advance.  A message will be sent to you to confirm once your item has been dispatched.

Combined Items

A combined postage discount is available on items purchased within 3 days of each other.  Please wait for us to send you an updated invoice.  Please note that this discount cannot apply to items listed with free postage. 

Postage for each additional tie bought will be charged at £1.00 (UK) and £1.00 (International).  Postage for each additional scarf will be charged at £1.50 (UK) and £2.00 (international).

Garment Care and Packaging

All second-hand items are dry cleaned when they come into stock.  Prior to packing all items are quality checked and professionally steam cleaned when applicable.

Items are packed carefully to ensure as little creasing as possible during transit. Items are packed in acid-free tissue paper and posted in boxes or padded envelopes.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will deal with all queries on an individual basis to the best of our ability. We hope that you will be very pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your item(s) then we will happily offer a full refund. Unfortunately we are not able to offer an exchange or partial refund.

In order to receive a refund

EU Countries:

01. Please contact us though the eBay messaging service (not by external email) within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will contact you to let you know the address for returns.

02. The item(s) must be returned to us unworn and in the exact condition in which they were received with all our tags and any designer tags still attached.

03. All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging.

04. All items must be returned to us within seven days of receipt.

05. We will then contact you to confirm that the item has been returned to us and that a refund has been issued. 

Non-EU Countries:

01. Please follow the steps above. However, on the customs form please state clearly that the item(s) are being returned.
