Returns accepted under Distance Selling Regulations up to 2 weeks from receipt of item. Return postage is non-refundable (buyer is liable for postage cost and and loss or damage for return of any items), and for security of buyer, returns should be sent by tracked signed for service, and insured accordingly if required for higher value items, as until the item is reveied back with the seller, it is the buyer's responsibility if it is lost or damaged. Returned items must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were sent out it, otherwise a refund will not be issued. In the unlikely event that upon receipt of your item you find it to be faulty, please contact the seller within 3 days of receipt, via ebay message service. Faulty items will need to be returned to be checked, and a refund or replacement will be offered once checks confirm item to be faulty.
