Should your item be damaged/faulty we may ask you to photo or scan the item and e-mail the photo to us. This may save on return postage costs for us and make for a speedy resolution to the problem for the buyer. Should you need to return your item/items for whatever reason we will pay for all return postage cost equivalent to the postage service used to deliver the item to yourself. If you did not initially pay for recorded delivery or "next day guaranteed" then should you use either of those services to return your item we will not refund the return postage cost for that service. Should you require a refund then we will refund all monies including all postage costs. All accessories purchased with the specific item transaction must be returned when returning the item. A note identifying yourself, the problem and your preferred resolution of the problem should be sent with the returned item. We like to keep the returning of items nice and simple. Our quality control is simple, a quick glance to see if the item is damaged/faulty. We get so very few damaged/faulty items it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack for those faulty/damaged items with the extra cost having to be passed onto the consumer.
