We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time

Royal Mail Postal Service
This item will be sent by Royal Mail postal service to all UK post code area's. Although we process our orders within the time advertised we cannot accept
fault of late delivery by the Royal Mail. We will send you a "proof of posting" receipt signed and dated by the Post Office on when the Royal Mail accepted
the item to deliver. Slow or late deliver by the Royal Mail is NOT the fault of The Toolbox.
Recommendation: if you require your delivery to be "on-time" i.e. 1st or 2nd class postage delivery times, we strongly recommend you pay the little extra
for "Recorded Delivery". We have found that the delivery time is more accurate by this method.
The Toolbox 14 Day Returns Policy
You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, however, this does not apply to certain items, ie. perishable or personalised goods
(please check with our Customer Service department before return).
We must be advised within 14 days of your receipt of the goods if you wish to return them. We will not accept goods for return that have been used and expect
goods to be returned in the same condition as prior to purchase.
If the return is due to the being purchased in Error or Not Required then the refund given will be minus postage costs and less a 20% restocking charge.
Goods must be returned immediately after notification at your own expense.
