A combination of soft structured chenille and fashionable faux leather fabric together with FOAM and deep filled fibre seats and backs make the Dylan as comfortable as it is stylish. This corner sofa is available as a Left & Right hand and 2 seater sofa.

Delivery information

Once an order is placed can you please send us a e-mail confirming your delivery address, telephone number and sofa details. This must be done at the time of purchase; failing to do so may result in delivery taking longer than 14 working days!

Delivery will take place within 14 working days of purchase (normally much sooner!). Our customer service staff will communicate with you regarding your delivery date and time and will call you at least 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. You will receive a call an hour before the driver arrives.

If you are up to 40 miles from our warehouse (L14 3NZ) the delivery will be only £40 (1 item) or £55 (2 items). The cost is £69 (1 item) or £79 (2 items) to mainland England and Wales. We also delivery to Scotland - please contact us before you order. Sorry but we dont delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.

We use one man team delivery staff (extra help need it).
Delivery is to a ground floor of your choice only. If you want to delivery to another floor then you must inform the delivery company when arranging your delivery date. Extra charge may apply if not ground floor.

All items we delivery to you need to be checked and signed for on delivery day. Please check the dimensions carefully to make sure they fit through doorways etc. before buy as we cannot refund or replace suites because of their size.

If the sofas do not fit in your home you will be charged for the delivery fee, however we will take the sofas back and NOT leave them on your doorstep.

The delivery charge is passed on to an independent company so if the sofas do not fit or are returned the delivery charge cannot be refunded.

Warranty

We are extremely confident that you will love these sofas. All our products carry a 12 month warranty and comply to all U.K fire regulations. In the very unlikely event a problem arises with your purchase, our after sales service is second to none and we always put the customer first rectifying any problems swiftly.

Return Policy

All items need to be checked and signed on delivery day. Please check the dimensions carefully to make sure they fit through doorways etc. before buy as we cannot refund or replace suites because of their size.

We can only accept products for return with their original packaging in the condition they were delivered.

Once we have checked the returned goods at our warehouse to determine that they are in a perfect and saleable condition, you will be refunded only for sofas (minus a £89 collection charge) within 30 days.

Items returned to us not in a perfect and saleable condition will not be refunded and we will in these circumstances offer to re-deliver the goods to you for £89 delivery charge.

Please Note: Unwanted orders will be collected subject to a £89 charge (to cover the carrier's charges), this does not apply to products which are faulty - these will be collected/ replaced free of charge.

Q. Is this sofa new?
A. Yes this sofa is brand new.

Q. Can I view your sofas before I make a purchase?
A. Yes. You may visit our warehouse from Monday to Sunday by prior arrangement only.

Q. Dose this sofa comes with any sort of warranty?
A. Our sofas are covered against manufacturing faults, not wear & tear or misuse for 12 months.

Q. What if I dont want the sofa after it arrives?
A. Once we have checked the returned goods at our warehouse to determine that they are in perfect and saleable condition, you will be refunded (minus a collection charge) within 30 days. Items returned to us not in a perfect and saleable condition will not be refunded and we will in this circumstances offer to re-deliver the goods to you for £89 delivery charge.

Q. Will you remove my old sofas?
A. No you are responsible for the removal of your old furniture before we arrive.

Q. Can I request delivery on a specific day or am / pm?
A. No. Usually we do not agree specific delivery days or times.

Q. Do we deliver at weekends?
A. In some cases. Usually deliveries are Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm.

Q. What happens if the sofas will not fit into my house?
A. It is your responsibility to check the dimensions on the advert and your home. If your sofas will not fit you can return the item (Delivery Charges will not be refunded).

Q. What if I am not at my property when my sofas arrive?
A. If we have not been able to contact you prior to delivery, roughly 1 hour before arrival if possible, then we will still proceed to your home. However if you are not in we will not wait. And reserve the right to charge for another delivery.
