You do not need to have any appointment for any repair. If you are driving there is enough parking area for our customers. If you come by train or bus then it is only about 5 minutes walking distance to our specially designed anti-static workshop and warehouse.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail to deliver our Power Supplys to UK & Europe.

 

 

 

Warranty

We offer a 30 days warranty on Power Supplys.

Warranty does not cover goods lost or damaged in transit. If the item is lost or damaged in the post we will refund you once we have received a refund from Royal Mail. This is non negotiable.

We obtain proof of posting on all our deliveries.

Returns

If the Item you received isn't working properly, you must contact us within 2 days after receiving the goods, for an exchange. We will authorize you to return the item by issuing an RMA number to be written and clearly visible on the outside of the box when shipping back to us. No refunds will be made, nor returns accepted without an RMA number.

We will replace the defective item or refund in full excluding courier charges at our discretion.

All Parts that returned to us must be the exact ones that we shipped. All returned parts must have all original labels in place and free of tampering. All returned parts must be in good condition.

If the wrong part was ordered, if the part is not defective, or if the situation is not within or covered by our standard warranty, there will be 20% re-stocking fee.

The customer will be responsible for all return-shipping charges. Please note, original shipping charges, custom fees and import duties are not refundable.

Payment

Payment must be recieved no later than 2 days after purchase date. After 2 days without payment, if the customer has yet to pay, the customer will be referred to ebay as a non paying bidder. If you are unable to pay within 2 days of purchase please send us a message or call us at 020 8546 9575.
