All items bought will be dispatched to your PayPal address. If you wish for us to dispatch your item to an alternative address then please change the address via PayPal when completing the payment. If you are paying via Cheque or Postal Order then we will ship to your registered eBay address. We dispatch items daily, orders which are placed on a weekend or a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Our normal delivery options include: (a) Free Delivery - normally sent cheapest option Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery (b) £3.89 UK delivery - sent via trackable and signed for service (3-4 working days). For International Postage accessories are sent via Standard Airmail Service and all clothing is sent International Signed For. We obtain a proof of postage on all items dispatched.

Need your item urgently? Then opt for our next day UK service on items purchased Monday – Thursday at a rate of £4.89 UK delivery - sent via trackable and signed for service (1working day). For items purchased on Friday for Saturday delivery price will be £8.89. We do not offer next day delivery on items bought on Saturday.

For multiple purchases of more than 2 items please note a set delivery charge of £7.89 UK only will occur. This will be sent via a trackable and signed for service (3-4 working days).

Payment is requested within 2-3 working days enabling us to dispatch the item bought at the earliest possible date. Returning an item is very easy with Lousie23 due to its flexible policy. Before returning an item all we ask is you notify us within 14days of purchase via email with the reason for the return/exchange. This will enable us to make a note to assist and make the return/exchange quicker.

For an exchange please include a note inside the parcel with your eBay user id, and exchange details such as colour, size and item number you wish to exchange the original item with. For an exchange please note a re-delivery fee of £3.00 must be included with the parcel originally returned back.
