Faulty Items UK
In the event that your item is faulty or broken when goods are received, please notify us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org If you can advise the date Of Purchase your ebay item number and send to the Return address below we will arrange a replacement or a refund, on receipt of your returned item. Please note where the item is deemed to be faulty or a manufacturer fault we are unable to refund return postage.
Please note we can only accept software back that is faulty in the first 30 days, after that you will need to contact the manufacturer. Please note any software returned is fully tested and if found to be working properly we will refuse the return and send the item back to you
Console Returns UK
All consoles carry a 12 month guarantee.We will ask you to return a faulty item for a replacement or a refund in the first 90 days.After that period we would ask you to contact the manufacturer who provide a 12 month warranty.
Details on how to contact the manufacturer can usually be found with the manual that comes with the product. The manufacturer will be able to offer the best possible advice to help you get your product working and diagnose if it is actually faulty
Please note that we always advise that you should registered your item upon receipt with the manufacturer
Please note we can only accept a faulty return if your item is returned complete, including all the original manufacturers packaging, so please do not throw this away upon purchase or we may not be able to accept the item back. When returning a good please be as specific as possible about the fault on the returns so we can provide this information to return to our supplier. Please make sure the item is wrapped securely to avoid damage. Usually the cardboard box in which the product was originally sent in can be used
We are also only able to accept returns of products with an inherent fault and not items that are no longer operating due to neglect or other means of damage - ex. disc scratching caused by hardware
Please return using a courier secured method please note were the fault is deemed to be a manufacturer fault we are unable to refund return postage.
If you receive your item and you change your mind we will accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase this is extended to 30 days from the 1st November Until the 24th December, anything over that is at the company's discretion. Please note if you are returning an unwanted item it must be returned, unopened and unused as received otherwise we will refuse to accept the item.We would ask you to return the item with a secured or tracked method of delivery return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note if items are not returned by a secure shipping method, Plusgameing cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained.In the event that you are sending any hardware we would advise you use a courier were you have selected an upgraded delivery other than our free delivery service ie special delivery 1st class, 1st class recorded we will not be able to refund your postage costs. We would ask you email us at email@example.com with your date of purchase and ebay item number we will reply to your email with an authorisation number and would ask that you put a copy of this in with your return to help us process your return. All returns are processed within 72 hours upon receipt
INTERNATIONAL FAULTY ITEMS:
Please note that for International customers with faulty items you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with replacing the faulty goods, or return the item to us at your own expense for replacing.
Damaged Goods UK And International
If your item arrives in the post damaged please contact us immediately. If a small problem such a broken video game case we may be able to replace this directly for you to prevent taking the entire product back.
If you need to return an item, which is damaged, we will require the original packaging the item arrived damaged in.
Incorrect Items UK And International
In the unfortunate event that we send you the incorrect item or multiple copies of the same item you may return the product to us unopened within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We will refund your PayPal account the total sale amount and refund your return postage cost up to £2.90. This will be completed once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days
