Created from 20mm thick MDF these boxes are as strong as they are attractive, thanks to the heavy duty carpet finish and the electroplated four inch port.

Audio Repair Centre is a specialised repair centre for all VIBE and FLI audio products. Which means all returns, whether manufacturing failure or customer abuse come to us. It’s our job to repair them.
Please do not expect a brand new product, because of the graded nature of the products they all will generally exhibit signs of cosmetic imperfections, this could be a small mark or scratch or it could mean fairly heavy marks on the casing of an amplifier / enclosure. You should not expect to receive instructions or wires with any item unless otherwise specified.

All products from ARC are marked as bstock. This is to ensure the product has been through its testing program before being shipped and to also ensure it is not bought from us and then resold as brand new. A photo on some listings shows this marking.

Audio Repair Centre control all VIBE, FLI and EDGE graded stock, VIBE, FLI and EDGE do not allow graded stock to be resold on the high street but understand there are customers who may require repairs or spare parts, this is now our job to fulfil. Additionally we have been granted permission to sell graded stock in limited quantities subject to stringent testing and repairs. The sale of graded stock is offered through both our website and also through our eBay store.

Postal Orders: Postal orders will be treated as cash, as soon as we receive these your goods will be shipped out.

Personal Cheques: These must be made payable to “Audio Repair Centre” please note that products will not be shipped out immediately when your cheque is received, all cheques will be subject to a 5 day clearance period from the date that they are presented to the bank. ECheques are treated the same as personal cheques in that no items will ship until they have cleared.

Discount on the set price: We are usually the cheapest online prices already therefore we DO NOT discount ANY of our prices.

Non Payment: We feel that 7 days is more than long enough for payment to be received. We allow three days after the end of the auction before the item enters into eBays resolution process. If no payment has been taken within the next four days eBay will automatically issue an unpaid strike to your account. You will also be blocked from ALL future listings with NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note that items cannot and will not be delivered at weekends, should you not be present when the courier tries to deliver the product to you they will leave information of this for you and attempt to deliver an additional two times, after these attempts should they not be able to be deliver the item will be returned to us. In this situation an additional charge will be applied for reattempt of a delivery to you.

We will ship to the address on your PayPal account. There will be a charge for any delivery that has failed due to an incorrect address being provided.

ARC deal with a large amount of emails each day and we always answer every single one.
If you have emailed us and think we have not replied we would ask you to check both your messages in your eBay 'My Messages' AND / OR the email account that your signed up to eBay with (including the Spam and Junk folder) as the answer to your email is sure to be there.

In the very rare circumstance that your product has a problem at point of delivery please make sure you send us an e-mail detailing the fault as well as referencing this with the original item number.

All products will be covered by a 30 day warranty which is covered by ARC rather than with the manufacturer. This 30 day warranty period applies from the date that the product is delivered to you. The warranty covers the item only and excludes any damages caused by incorrect fitting. If you are unsure how to fit anything then get qualified help via an independent audio specialist. Audio Repair Centre does not class Halfords as a qualified installer.
Any item returned to us with no fault found is liable to a £35.00 administration charge.

If you are buying this to sell on then please note the warranty is totally void, you are buying at your own risk.
Every item we sell contains at least one (sometimes more than one) serial number which is logged. Please bare this in mind when sending us back items! Or selling on our items saying that you've had them since new!
