Delivery
All orders will be dispatched with 1-2 days of receiving full payment. If an item is not available due to stock shortages we will offer a full refund or an alternative product.
All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force. You will be advised by email when your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.

Faulty Goods
If your item is faulty or develops a fault within the time periods stated under ‘Warranties & Guarantees’ then we will pay reasonable costs for the goods to be returned. Please contact us in advance for returns procedure as refunds cannot be processed without the correct information being provided.
Reasonable care must be taken to ensure the goods will not be damaged in transit, and reasonable care must be taken to ensure we actually receive the goods, such as proof of postage.
In the event that we cannot provide an exact replacement a similar product will be offered. If we cannot provide an exact or similar replacement then a full refund will be offered. Any damages due to day to day use or wear and tear are not covered under this guarantee.

Cancellation
An order can be cancelled within 7 workings days after delivery of the product or before an order has been dispatched, or before an order has been delivered.
