Payment: Payment to be paid please WITHIN 2 DAYS of the Auction finishing or buying unless agreed otherwise with me the seller. We accept Paypal, banker’s drafts and Postal Orders only. If you are unsure please email me and we can discuss options of payment. If possible we prefer for you to transfer money from your account into ours as this cuts down on Paypal charges for us. International Bidders: we only accept Paypal.

NON PAYING BIDDERS WILL BE ISSUED A FINAL VALUE FEE WARNING LEADING TO SUSPENSION AND LOST FEES WILL BE RE-CLAIMED.

Promise: I try to provide good photographs of everything that I sell and try to describe items as accurately as possible. Items I list are brand new and I welcome any questions and would prefer you to ask before you bid or buy if you are unsure of anything, as once you bid you do enter into a legally bidding contract within the eBay regulations.

Refunds and Exchanges: If the item is faulty or for any reason does not match the description I am happy to refund or exchange you the selling price of the item but we will have to look into to it before any suggestion is made for a refund only (not the postage). Postage and Packing: I try to keep all postage and packing prices to a reasonable level. I do, however, buy Bags, Labels, Fragile Tape, Packing Tape and try to pack all my items well. Therefore, some of the charge goes towards these items, not just postage alone (and packing some Items does take time). I post items once payment is made and always the same day or following day if I have missed the post office. Postage discounts can be offered on bulk items, please contact me. Please note that 24 and 48 hour delivery option is for mainland UK only.

Additional Shipping Information: All items are sent with proof of postage. All our goods are sent by recorded delivery so a claim can be made in the event of the item being lost. Once posted goods are in the hands of Royal Mail or 24 Hour Courier. We are not liable for late deliveries or any other claim. We aim to dispatch quickly. Items are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours (except weekends). Goods are sent in the cheapest way, normally second class recorded unless you select otherwise. If your item is returned to me as undelivered by the post office, then the postage will need to be repaid before the item is sent again. If item has not been received within 10 working days please contact us.

Missing Parcels: Once your item is posted by me it is the Royal Mails job to deliver it, and sometimes they fail to do this, therefore should your item not be received please let us know. Therefore for any claims of non receipt of item/s - proof of postage will be forwarded to you the buyer after 14 days of date of posting... and then you will have to make the claim for compensation yourself. Therefore for peace of mind, please choose recorded delivery…! But I do always print my address on the back of the parcels therefore it will be returned to me but does take a few weeks.
