1.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the item is damaged during the delivery, please don't leave feedback before you contact us. Bad things happen sometimes but we are always here to help and your 100% satisfaction is what we pursue.
2.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund including postage fee you've paid on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
If you are returning the item, we will share the postage fee with you, 50/50.
3.If the item is damaged during the delivery, to make your a happy buying experience, we are always willing to help. You don't have to return the damaged item, simply take a picture of the damaged item and send it to us, we will respond your message and solve the problem by either issuing you a full refund or sending you a same item.
