If you have any problems regarding faulty goods, missing items or goods not as described, you must report this to us by e-mail within 24 hours of signing for the goods or we will not be able to consider any claim.

If your goods are damaged in transit then you must sign the delivery note accordingly, do not just sign for the goods on the delivery note as this is accepting them in good order, make sure you insert goods damaged on the delivery sheet and notify us within 24 hours of delivery, if you do not adhere to these instructions a claim cannot be considered.

If you have changed your mind and don’t want the goods when they arrive or you have received a wrong item we will give a full refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for postage both ways and returning the goods to us unopened and unused, the goods must be returned to us within one weeks of delivery.
