Our couriers will attempt delivery twice and will leave a card for you to contact them.
Please note if contact is not made within 5 days the parcel will be returned to us and a further delivery cost would be incurred by the customer.
Claims for damage in transit must be made within 24 hours. We recommend that you sign for all goods received as 'unchecked' unless you physically check before signing. We cannot accept claims for damages in transit unless they are signed for as 'damaged' or 'unchecked'
Made to measure items are not covered under the Distance Selling Regulations so buyers do not have the right to cancel within 7 days.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for these products as they are made to individual customer requirements.
Please ENSURE that your measurements are CORRECT as we cannot be held responsible for blinds made incorrectly due to customer error.
As colours and textures can not be shown accurately on computer screens, we do provide FREE fabric SAMPLES prior to any purchase, (please request by phone or email).
In the unlikely event, the item is faulty or an error has been made by the seller, please notify us as soon as possible. We will request that the goods are returned for inspection, and should we be found at fault, we will replace and reimburse any postage cost incurred by the customer.
Returns are accepted on Standard items - return postage costs must be paid for by customer.
