It’s been great for all over toning and helping me get to a degree of strengthening muscles. What’s great about this version is there are floor exercises to target core muscles which the first version lacked and it’s more responsive to your movements unlike the other where it continuously missed you doing the repetition so the trainer on the game stopped until you kept still long enough for the game to move on which was annoying. I highly recommend this if you like me are wishing to improve your fitness at home. It’s great fun too with the graphics.
