Returns Every care is taken to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, however if you receive your item damaged or faulty please contact our sales team immediately upon receipt on 0800 652 5158 or email us via eBay. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any missing, damaged or faulty items, we are unable to process a claim for a replacement any later than 3 working days. 1. Once a member of our sales team has received a claim (within 3 days of receipt), we will arrange for your faulty/damaged item(s) to be collected free of charge and a replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost.
