Subject to stock availability we will dispatch Goods as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, unless ordered during or affected by a weekend or bank holiday. We use Royal Mail, overseas postal partners and other courier services for delivery services. Once dispatched, UK delivery is usually made within 1-5 working days depending on the level of delivery selected. Delivery outside the UK is usually made within 6-12 working days. The delivery times are not guaranteed unless specified. Delivery times are based on guidelines provided by the delivery companies that are used and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery (unless guaranteed service is specified). The delivery carrier used will depend on the size and weight of the Goods ordered.
 
Occasionally delays may be encountered especially during busy times of the year. The Company will only provide a replacement after 15 working days (25 working days, outside the UK) from dispatch have elapsed and the customer has signed and returned an Order Not Received Legal Declaration which may be shared with delivery partners, eBay and PayPal which helps to highlight areas of repetitive missing deliveries and fraud etc.
