Delivery & Collection Details
Due to the risk of damage we do not send large or fragile items of furniture by parcel courier.
We deliver to most parts of mainland UK, but we advise that you request a quote for delivery before placing a bid or making a buy it now purchase so that you are made fully aware of the delivery cost beforehand.

We carry out all deliveries in person with the exception of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, some parts of West Wales, and some parts of Cornwall.
If you would like a delivery quote for any of the locations that we don't personally deliver to please let us know and we will e mail you the relevant contact details for the professional furniture carriers that we can recommend. We will not allow an item of furniture to be collected on a customers behalf by a parcel courier.
Each item of furniture that we personally deliver is fully insured from the time of it's purchase to the time of it's delivery.
We will combine multiple purchases to reduce the delivery cost, and small items will be delivered at no extra charge with larger items.
Customers are welcome to collect, but by appointment only as we run an unmanned warehouse.
We usually contact customers 2 / 3 days prior to delivery, and we are able to provide an accurate delivery time of within half an hour to an hour. We do not deliver at weekends, however early morning or late evening deliveries can sometimes be mutually arranged.
Invoice & Payment Details
After an auction or shop purchase we will e mail you an e bay generated invoice which will include the relevant delivery fee and all of the relevant payment and contact details.
We require payment in full within 4 days of purchase, and if payment has not been received within this timescale we will initiate an e bay unpaid item notice.
Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, bank transfer, personal cheque, or Pay Pal. Card payments are securely made via our own terminal.
We do not allow cash on delivery sorry.
