We offer FREE delivery on all our items sent within mainland GB (See non-mainland GB exclusion list below) Our aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday), therefore your items will be delivered within 4-6 working days from placing your order. An express delivery option is available for £3.99, if your order is placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).

PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries are made by our courier, Yodel, and will require a signature. Deliveries take place between the hours of 7am to 7pm. The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

We offer a 21 day returns policy. Far more than the recommended 14 days asked by eBay.

If you change your mind, or if any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, please notify us within 21 working days of delivery so we can issue you with a returns authorization number and return address. We aim to process your refund via PayPal within 7 working days of receiving the goods, providing they are undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.

We have a returns policy which is placed through eBay returns requests. Should you need to return an item, please contact us and we will forward our returns information to you.

Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim.

Returns Made Easy

We have made returning the items to us really easy for our customers. You can choose to:

1) Return to a local store and they will transfer the goods back to us here
2) We can arrange collection for you at our cost price of £5.00
3) You can send them back direct and we can refund once back

If you wish to return the item to a local store, please ensure the item is returned with the delivery note and ask them to transfer the item back to us here at Wembley. Unfortunately they cannot refund or exchange in store. They will simply take the goods and transfer them here saving you on return postage. Please ensure you inform us of this as we will need to prepare the paperwork for this return method.

If you would like collection, this can be easily arranged. Please contact us for details.

Finally you're more than welcome to return the item to us by yourself using your own courier method. We recommend that the item is returned on a track-able service as we have a busy warehouse and we can resolve once we see the item has arrived back.
