We aim to answer all queries within 24hrs, between Monday and Friday, from 9am to 5pm excluding public holidays.
Important note: Some email accounts will 'Junk' any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address list so that we can get in touch.
1. How many items can I order?
We allow 10 items to be ordered per customer per 10 days. In special cases we will allow customers to purchase more than 10 items but this is purely at our sole discretion. Should you encounter any problems, please email us on email@example.com
2. Do you have the item in a different size?
We endeavour to list all of our available products on eBay. However if there is an alternative you require, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise.
3. Can I make a bid for an item?
No, all items are ‘Buy it Now’ priced and offers will not be accepted. All our prices are the very lowest we can offer.
4. Can I change my order?
No, once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend it. Please email us at email@example.com immediately and we will do our best to cancel.
5. Can I change my delivery address?
No, once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend the address. You can only change your delivery address at the time you are placing your order, and this must be completed using the 'change address' option on eBay.
6. How do I pay?
We only accept payment via PayPal, which is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay. If you are unsure how to use PayPal or are having problems with your account, you may contact PayPal’s Customer Support Line on 0870 730 7191.
7. How much does delivery cost?
We charge £1.90 per item for UK orders and EU we charge £4.95 per item.
8. How long will it take to receive the item(s)?
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please note that orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day. For UK orders delivery is estimated between 3-5 working days and International orders can take up to 2 weeks. Please note: Royal Mail only class the item as “lost” 15 working days after dispatch; at this time we can either send a replacement or issue a refund. We cannot do anything about the order until this time has lapsed.
9. Where do you deliver?
We deliver the delivery address stated on your eBay account only, this could be your home, workplace or alternative delivery address You can only change your delivery address at the time you are placing your order, and this must be completed using the 'change address' option on eBay. Once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend the address. We deliver to the UK and to European destinations.
10. How will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail. International deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail and passed over to the equivalent postal services in designated countries.
11. Can I track my order?
No, customers cannot track orders themselves. If you are have chosen next day delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to track the order for you.
12. What if I’m not at home when you deliver?
If you are not available to accept delivery, the postal service will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card. Your order will be held at the local sorting office for a 2 week period, if the item is not collected or arranged for redelivery the items will be returned to us and we will make a full refund minus the postal costs.
13. Do you off discounts / lower prices?
No, we do not offer discounts of any kind. All our prices are the very lowest that we can offer. We will not consider accepting any lower offers, even for bulk buys.
14. Do you sell Gift Sets?
Yes. We have an extensive range of fragrance and cosmetic Gift Sets available. Please see our eBay shop for Gift Set listings.
15. Are your products genuine?
All our products are 100% genuine and have never been used and is still in the original packaging. All the products are supplied as pictured and you can rest assured that the product is the same as you would find on the high street but with defective packaging and a lot cheaper!
16. Are all your products sealed in cellophane?
No. Certain brands come without cellophane as the manufacturer believes the packaging is better without, for example, Hugo Boss and CK1.
17. Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All the products that are listed include VAT.
18. Can I collect my order?
No, we do not allow customers to visit our site due to health and safety reasons.
19. My country is not listed in the shipping options, what do I do?
Unfortunately we can only ship to the UK and the EU. We currently do not have the facilities to ship to other international countries.
20. The product I ordered has arrived faulty / damaged, what should I do?
Please email can be email@example.com and explain that you received your order damaged. The faulty / damaged item will need to be returned to us to claim either a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org obtain a freepost returns label on UK order's only.
