We only dispatch to the confirmed delivery address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. 

We reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses for multiple bids using PayPal. Payment will be refunded (PayPal payment) for unacceptable multiple orders, and in addition those orders will also be cancelled from eBay. 

If there is a sizeable delay in your units arriving please contact us as we can provide the tracking number. However, please allow at least 5 working days after payment before contacting us.

Please note if the Item condition is listed as new then the item is A brand-new, unused, and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable). 

If the item is defective upon receipt we offer customers 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund. 
We care about our customers and will always try to help you, so if you have any problems please e-mail us immediately.  
All communications are handled by our own customer service team through e-mail, telephone or Ebay messages. We strive to answer all communications as quickly as possible. We understand that we sell and care for technical products that require qualified personnel to answer our customers' questions. Please understand in return that we can be inundated with technical questions from 'around the world' We will always endeavour to respond efficiently within a maximum 2-3 days.If your query is of a more urgent nature you may wish to call our contact telephone number (found under the 'contacts' tab)

ButlerBus Technik Ltd operate a no-quibble returns policy;
Items returned undamaged and un-fitted within 14 days shall be refunded in full. ButlerBus Technik Ltd reserve the right however to refuse full refund if the item shows evidence of tampering or prior installation.In all cases the purchaser shall be responsible for costs relating to return freight of correctly supplied goods unless prior agreed otherwise. Correctly supplied goods after the 14 day period may be returned for refund but may, at our discretion, be subject to 20% handling and re-stocking fee

We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can and we understand that on occasion you might need to return products. 
Please note we can only accept a return if the item is in its original packaging and with all the components.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery. 
Shipping and handling fees are refundable, but only if there is an error with the dispatch process. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping with original packaging included, and sufficient outer packaging to protect the unit in transit. Please remember to obtain and keep proof of postage when you send the item back, preferably using tracked shipping methods for 'peace of mind'
Please note that under no circumstances will we refund for return P&P unless upon testing, a fault can be found with products. Please note that all items are fully tested once returned. 
Merchandise received back damaged or with missing components will not be eligible for refund. 
On receiving the item, we will endeavour to process all refunds within 7-8 working days.
