Shipping Policy

• Normal delivery to your door in the UK is usually 3 to 5 Business Days once payment has cleared.
• Europe 4 to 6 Business Days
• Rest of the World 5 to 8 Business Days.
• Please allow 2 business days initially to process your order – plus 3 days for packaging, despatch & final delivery (often sooner) for UK
• Please note despatch is usually within one working day of cleared payment-however we do not despatch on weekends or bank holidays.
• All items we have arranged to be delivered securely by ROYAL MAIL or EXPRESS COURIER.
• If you believe the package is damaged or has been tampered with on delivery, you must communicate this to courier/delivery driver at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

·         If you are not completely satisfied with the product when you receive it for whatever reason could you please email within 7 days and return it to me within 14 day of receipt of item (you must email before returning item otherwise we can except) buyer must pay for return. Product must be returned sealed and unopened; we cannot accept opened/-damaged goods
