Lovely English porcelain group (possibly Rockingham) showing a hunter and his dog, dating to approximately 1830. There are a couple of firing cracks on the underside and at the base of the tree stump(?) which supports the figure. The end of the flask which the hunter holds in his right hand also appears to be broken off and the dog's tail has obviously been off at some stage and stuck back on. All of this can be seen in the photos. The group stands approximately 17cm high by 12cm across the base. Postage quoted is for Recorded Delivery within the Uk. Payment by PayPal only. |
