We offer FREE postage on all of our Ebay auctions.

U.K. Postage Only

Orders up to £35 in value are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail.
Orders over £35 in value will require a signature on delivery. (Tracking number will be provided through Ebay)

Please leave your engraving details in the "Add Message" section when you make your payment.
If you are unsure how to do this please watch our VIDEO TUTORIAL

Alternatively you can click on our username at the side of our feedback score and then click contact seller to send us the details. NEVER EMAIL US DIRECTLY as our email address may mark your message as spam and delete it.
We will spell check your message and may make some minor changes to ensure your message is as gramatically correct as possible within the confines of the font you have chosen. (Capital letters, full stops, comma's, " & / - and more symbols may be added or taken away)
Our experienced staff will choose how many lines to engrave the message on and how it is layed out to ensure the best results. (Please trust us with this, we engrave hundreds of items per week and we know through experience what works best)
There are several ways to spell some names, therefore we will not change the spelling of any names. (In this case what you put is what you get)
If you require something spelling obscurely for instance some jokes only ring true when they are spelt a certain way. In these cases please tell us "do not correct spelling"
