All of our items are supermarket undelivered stock. The outer packaging may show some signs of transit wear, however we check every item to ensure that the product inside is perfect - unless otherwise stated.
All items are for sale within our shop so can be withdrawn from sale on eBay at anytime.
Collection is available from our 10000 sq ft warehouse in Swan Business Centre,Bolton, Lancashire. Please arrange collection via ebay message or phone 01204 772075 prior to arriving at the warehouse, this gives us the chance to make sure someone is available to help you at the specific time you are looking to arrive. There may not be someone on hand to help if you turn up without arranging prior.

(Swan Business Centre is within the old Swan Spinning Mill. Please report to reception advising that you are collecting from Trigen at H1, then drive through the yellow electric gate. Head towards the far rear car park up the ramp. We are located through ‘Entrance 8’ on the loading bay, with Unit H1 directly in front of you as you enter ‘Entrance 8’).
We are open from 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm Saturday & Sunday.
We have an open showroom where customers can visit and look at our various lines of stock.
We can accept payment by Paypal, Postal Order, Cash on Collection and Personal Cheque (your item will experience a delay when paying with personal cheque for cheque clearance time).
We aim to answer any messages sent via eBay within 24 hours, however if you message us over the weekend we will aim to respond by Monday.
We use Interlink Express for postage of smaller items. We have chosen to use Interlink Express due to their commitment to service and attention to detail. They are not the cheapest delivery service, however receiving your item in good time and in good condition is the most important part of buying online.
Please contact us for a quote if you live in Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands as prices will vary.
We offer local delivery from Bolton for larger items. Prices for this start at £10 but will vary depending on the mileage. Please contact us to see if we deliver in your area.
We also use a courier that specifically delivers in the London area (generally within the M25 motorway) this is a doorstep delivery service with prices starting from £35.
Unfortunately we do not have a courier that we can recommend for delivery of large items in any other areas, however a number of customers have used Anyvan and Shiply. If you decide to arrange your own courier we ask that customers check that their quote includes insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred once the item has left our premises. Customers will be asked in this instance to claim from the couriers insurance.
Cancellation Policy & Returns Policy
As a customer you have a 14 day cooling off period in which you can change your mind for whatever reason. Please return the item as new to receive a refund, however the original postage charge and return postage will not be refunded.
If the item you receive is damaged in any way please return this to us and a full refund including postage will be issued. Refunds will be processed promptly.
We value our customers feedback greatly, as it is reflection on the products we sell and the service we provide. If you are unhappy with any of our products or services, please always e-mail us or call us prior to leaving any negative or neutral feedback, and allow us a chance to resolve.
