FANTASTIC 19th CENTURY ANTIQUE FRENCH SOLID PINE ARMOIRE WARDROBE

  French Pine Armoire

 Dating to the end of the 19th century, this super pine Armoire is in good condition and is in the style of Henri 2nd.

Standing on turned  feet and a plinth, the armoire has a full width lower drawer which is constructed with hand cut dovetail joints and has later replacement knobs.

To the inside there are 3 shelves which are fully adjustable up and down. This is all enclosed with a heavy single mirror door. ( i would recommend that the armoire is located to the back wall as it may tip forward if there is not much inside) This door has it's original glass which is all good but does have some minor foxing which I have tried to show in the photo's. The original working lock is complete with key. This is all complimented with the fine ogeee cornice..

This is a lovely piece of French furniture and would compliment the bedroom of any home traditional or modern.

There has in the past been a smal amount of insect attack which I have shown in the photo, but although historic, I have sprayed the whole unit with a 5 star 30 year treatment.

The armoire measures;

34.5 inches wide / 37.5 outside of cornice

15.25 inches deep / 17 outside of cornice

77.5 inches high. 

The cost to deliver this armoire to  England, Wales and Scotland (Glasgow to Edinburgh) is £75.00.

This is what the courier charges me, but I will gladly liaise with a courier of your choice.

This will be delivered by a specialist Antique  courier and will usually be with you within 10 days, but please allow up to 21.

Alternatively you are welcome to collect from my showroom at any time.
