Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and UK Distance Selling Act. The cooling-off period is 7 days from the day after that on which the goods are received by the consumer. Any request for refund after 7 days of receipt will not be considered. However, a replacement of the same/similar item, or a credit note will be given. (a) The goods are received by us in stock condition, with original packaging and we retains the right at its sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note in respect thereof. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser.
