The following applies unless otherwise stated in the description:
All goods supplied are covered by a 12 month manufacturer repair warranty, this covers all manufacturing faults. Manufacturer’s warranty will be deemed void if the item is unlocked or tampered with in any way.
Returns and Refunds:
1.Faulty Goods (within 12 months of despatch) If your purchase develops a fault within 12 months of despatch, we will exchange, replace or refund the item. We will arrange for the item to be returned for testing, and then send you a new replacement straight away. Alternatively if proof can be provided by photographic or video evidence we can send a replacement without exchanging. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or repair.
2.Damaged Goods In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
3.Unwanted Goods (within 14 days of receipt) Provided your purchase remains unused and 'as new' we will accept the item back for a full refund up to 14 days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery or return costs. The customer is responsible for the return of all goods. Your item will need to be inspected before reimbursement is made. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us prior to returning any goods.
4.Unwanted Goods (outside 14 days of receipt) No goods are accepted outside of the 7 day returns policy.
5.We are not responsible for any items posted to us that go missing in the delivery system. It is your statutory duty to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods in your possession. You should therefore ensure that they are well packed as missing parts or broken packages will have to be paid for.
