if your still here i guess we can assume you would like one or you have one and your curious as to how this one may differ
right all that i am about to list and write i can back up with either pictures, reciepts, or vosa, sva, and dvla paperwork
This was built in 1996/97 by persons unknown and done to a standard high enough to be rewarded with a new chassis number on its "Jago" chassis but still retain it's true year and month of registration on the V5. I am even in possession of the original buff log book.
When i picked it up it was a bit sorry as in picture 5 with not a great deal going for it, like a fool i promised my daughter it would be ready for her prom, stupid as this was only five weeks away, not only that we were away to Beaullieu in the middle weekend as well.
epic efforts and little sleep from myself , my wife and my best mate as you can see from picture 4 we made it.
to achieve this we did the following
paint and body outside
manufacture door cards in wood and denim front and rear and around rear window
purchase and fit all new door and side glass along with new rubbers and bacerlite fitting trims
get engine sorted and charging serviced etc etc etc
fit all lights
(fronts are three in one affairs with indicator,side,and dip and high all in one)
rears are teardrop leds and bullets.
rear fenders and boot lid are fibreglass the rest is all steel
clean wheels which are genuime centrelines brand new complete with all the labels still on inside fitted with new tires
inside there are two very old morris minor seats the passenger folds over but both are bolted to the floor as i was gonna 1/4r mile it at shakey but had probs with the dizzy, it now has a brand new one this month from "Powerspark"
have aslo fitted a couple of lifters to number two which it turns out it did not need but hey ho they were fitted anyway
it has a brand new edlebrock carb
and not so desirable edlebrock rocker covers, look nice but chrome never seals as good as good old alloy
if i were keeping it i would spend another fifty quid and do a vally gasket and fit alloy covers but as it's a "hotrod" someone else can do that now.
Jaguar irs up its rear and a custom "viva" front clip with discs all round and more pike nuts and chrome under it than you can shake a stick at makes it all very special.
in short yours if you want it and can afford it at what i consider a good sensible starting price, put your own stamp on it and turn up at your next run/ cruise/ rally in a turn key rod or rat rod, whatever floats your boat, inside is basic but thats what i like, was not bothered about lack of headlining as i was gonna use all the stickers i have collected but will now leave that to the next owner,
please come and look, please come for a ride, no you cannot drive it without putting the money in my hands but i will drive you no worries.
usual rules and no i do not want a scooby, pretza, or anything else come to that, no i do not need to sell it but yes i would like to, i have a "T" in the garage and that is now getting finished so all i am doing is making a bit of room,

had a little break in the weather so took some more pics of it including the very as described interior, taken today Tuesday 28th January, please excuse dog footprints but i do use this daily and dogs do need a run even if it is wet underfoot, i will give it a wipe out before collected honest, and a little hoover no doubt.
