✿ Item Description
• It’s the buyer’s responsibility to read all of the description carefully and cross check all the measurements. If there are any doubts please ask before you buy.
• All the items are measured approximate and laid flat.
• Camera flash resolution is different to computer screen resolution so some colours might appear different.
• Please note that the online shopping experience is different than shopping in person
• Contact me within 3 days of receiving the item to let me know if you want to return. Once the return accepted by me item should be returned within 7 days for UK buyers and 14 days for international buyers
• Returns are only eligible for refund if they are received in original condition unworn, undamaged and makeup free with tags attached in the same condition that the item was sent. Buyer has to pay return postage.
• Please note it is very important that you enclose your EBay ID, name and email address so we can identify your order. Without these details there may be a delay in processing your refund.
• Please obtain your proof of postage receipt. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our address. For your protection, we recommend using a postal service that has adequate insurance for the value of the goods being returned. No returns if item is not returned.
• Please notify on the same day as delivery if there is an issue, Send me the photos to show the faults.
• Buyer has to open a case to return the item. Refunds will be given once item received by seller in original condition it was sent. Please check link below for instruction to open a case
• Please note jewellery & personal care items are not returnable.
• On return of unwanted items only price of the item will be refunded, Postage charge will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be credited to the PayPal account used to make the original payment method(Not on different PayPal account) within 3 working delays of receipt of an eligible return
• If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to place another order and return the original. This is to ensure the item you want is in stock, as availability can change quickly.
✿ Undelivered Items
• For undelivered Items that are returned to me by the post office, I will be only able to refund the item’s purchase price only, not the incurred P&P charges that I have paid.
✿ Lost Item
• We understand that it’s frustrating that item is not delivered on time. We can provide the proof of posting to confirm it was posted on time frame mentioned on the listing. We kindly ask you to wait 15 days from the posting date for lost item inquiry.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed in the postal system as it is simply beyond our control.
• Any items missing in the postal system are not considered lost until 15 working days have passed. These are Royal Mail rules and we have to abide by them.
