If you are a consumer, buying at a distance, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, from the day after you receive the goods. A refund will be provided within 30 days. Cancelled goods must be returned to me, please return the goods as soon as possible. All goods to be returned at the buyer’s expense (any return to sender fee will be charged to buyer). Please note, this right is for business to consumer sales only, it does not cover consumer to consumer or business to business sales. We may at our descretion allow you to cancel after this time period. Please note, a 20% restocking fee applies.
Items collected in person are not covered by distance selling laws and are exempt from this right to cancel.

All goods are checked before dispatch and should be examined by the buyer as soon as possible after they are received.
However if the wrong goods have been supplied; they are not operating or damaged at delivery, contact me immediately. I will arrange a refund, replacement or repair. The buyer should not attempt to repair any goods. Return the goods with any original product packaging, if possible.
A refund, repair or replacement will not be offered on goods damaged or altered by the buyer.
Any fraudulent claims made by the buyer will be treated as serious and will void any claim for return, money back or any further claims. A fraudulent claim could be (but is not limited to) a false ebay or paypal claim e.g. a claim for item not as described but the item was clearly described; a claim for item not received but the item has been received or item has been refused by buyer or delivery has been attempted and buyer has been instructed to arrange redelivery or collection of item.
