Sports Coin Collection

By the Royal Mint these commemorate & celebrate the London 2012 Olympics. These are struck to brilliant uncirculated quality, a higher quality than the ones in general circulation. Attractively packaged in bright coloured hanging bags which are tamper evident sealed. The rear of every packet has a card showing the 29 sports with the one in the packet highlighted.

A must buy for the serious and amateur collector. These are an ideal pocket money purchase for the younger collectors & purchases can be spread over the coming months.

In January 2009, Royal Mint launched their biggest ever competition inviting the British public to design a series of 29 new 50p coins.
They received over 30,000 designs from all over the country, each depicting a sport from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Buy the official Collectors Album to display and keep your collection safe and sound. There is a list of the 29 sports & 29 specific sections to put each coin. There is also a 30th space for the final Completer Medallion.

For mobiles over £46 if you don't have good current feedback your order may be refunded & declined due to Royal Mail only insuring to a maximum of £46. Please note Mobiles are sourced from ALL available UK networks so I can try to bring to you the best value unlocked prices available. I do NOT sell foreign market handsets. Depending on availability & prices this may mean that during the duration of a listing mobiles may come from more than one network. Unless otherwise specified all network mobiles will have some sort of network branded software on. This can range from a just small word (Tesco) to a full jingle & logo like T-Mobile & Vodafone. Some handsets are also embossed with the network's markings, notably a "3", an Orange logo, or T-Mobile. For Buy It Now listings returns will be accepted if the item is wrongly described if notified within 7 days of receipt and returned within a maximum of 7 days after that. If the error is only a minor one then a decision will be made on a case by case basis. I shall always try to come to an amicable solution with the buyer. Return postage will be paid by me if the postage method is agreed before the return.


Returns will also be accepted under the DSR's if you change your mind or find the item unsuitable as long as I am notified by eBay message or by following eBay's return procedure within 7 days from the date of delivery. As eBay is a 24/7 selling environment I do work 7 days & therefore count Saturday & Sunday both as working days towards the 7 day "cooling off period". If the return is due to a change of mind, product isn't suitable, colour issue & has been correctly described in the listing then the return cost is the buyers’ responsibility and I advise you to return it by Recorded Delivery and/or with a "Proof of Postage". Royal Mail will cover 1st Class returns up to £46 in value & 2nd Class up to £36 in value. If the item/s value is over £46 it is best to return it/them by Standard Parcels with extra insurance or by "Special Delivery", this will be at the customer’s discretion. On return items will be inspected to ensure that it is the same item that was sent and that the item's condition is the same as when sent. The item, all packaging and any accessories must be returned unused and in a condition similar to as it was sent to you. Mobile Phone screen protectors must still be in place if they were present when despatched to you.


If the return is under the DSR's then either a standard 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or the P&P cost, which ever is highest. This will rise to a maximum 20% restocking fee if the item isn't returned in the condition it was sent or small items/packaging aren't present, the P&P charge may be deducted as well. 20% or the actual cost will also be deducted if the customer has chosen to use a high cost postage option for delivery, eg "Special Delivery" for a low cost item, not the standard postage. If the item is in a significantly different condition to what was sent then no return will be accepted and I will return the item to the buyer at their cost should you so wish.


In respect of mobile phones & other electronic goods on return IMEI's or serial numbers will be checked against our register to ensure the one returned is the one we sent out. This is to prevent fraudulent returns.


In respect of CD's, DVD’s, PS3, Xbox & Computer Games & other software titles returns will only be accepted if the disc is faulty. You must first notify me of the fault via eBay messages and agree the return. In this instance a replacement will be sent on receipt of the returned faulty item or in the event of no further stock being available then a full refund will be offered. A full refund of return postage will also be paid. No return will be accepted with the above items under the DSR's due to the problems of unlicensed copying.


In respect of damaged CD, DVD & Game Cases they are all inspected prior to being despatched but due to their sometimes brittle nature it is impossible to guarantee 100% of the time that none will be damaged while in the care of Royal Mail. Again due to the problems with unlicensed copying returns will not be accepted due to a broken case. Although this is very annoying and inconvenient for those who this genuinely happens to I can only offer a 20p refund to allow the purchase of replacement case not a return. If this policy is not acceptable to you please do not bid or buy. Unfortunately this policy is necessary due to the unacceptably high number or supposedly broken cases people have reported in the past despite my very good packaging.


Faulty Items – NOT Mobile Phones or CD/DVD/GAMES. An items warranty will vary from 3 months upwards depending on what it is, please refer to the individual listing. If not stated 3 months applies. If the item is faulty then please notify me as soon as possible & the method of return will be agreed. Initially this will usually be at the buyer’s expense and on receipt of the returned item it will be inspected & tested for the reported fault. If I find that the item/product is faulty then a full refund or exchange will be offered depending on the buyer’s requirements and stock availability. I shall also refund the return postage in full.


Faults with Brand New Mobile Phones. If the phone is Brand New then we will only accept returns if notified of a fault within 7 days of receipt. If the fault can’t be fixed simply by some technical assistance either by email or phone then file a return case with eBay & on receipt the fault will be checked & verified. If verified a full refund or exchange will be issued as well as the return postage costs. After this 7 day period you will need to make a claim on the manufacturer’s warranty. If you need assistance with this we will try to help but we are NOT an official agent for any mobile phone manufacturer.


Faults with Nearly New or 2nd Hand Mobile Phones. If mobiles are nearly new, 7 day change of mind returns or 2nd hand each listing will clearly identify which of these applies to your mobile. The listing will also clearly identify whether you will need to make post 7 day fault claims with the manufacturer the warranty offered is by ourselves. On 2nd hand mobiles we offer anywhere between a 3 month to a 9 month warranty & the listing will say something like “3 month Warranty RTB” which means 3 months from date of delivery & it will need returning to base ie. us, strictlymobiles. Return postage is at the buyers cost. Warranty labour & materials are free & so is return postage to you. In all cases a proof of purchase will be required.
Please be aware if you do not have good current feedback, confirmed eBay or Paypal addresses which match or your payment is in any way suspect we reserve the right to conclude the transaction.


Any pricing errors will generally NOT be honoured but this will be at our discretion. If an error is spotted prior to dispatch you will be contacted with the correct price & given the opportunity to either conclude the transaction at the correct price or back out.
