If you require an item by a certain day, email us BEFORE you buy. It may be that you will have to pay to upgrade the service used, and we will quote for this if necessary. Bear in mind that First Class Mail (UK) and Royal Airmail (Overseas) do not offer guaranteed delivery dates. We CANNOT offer guaranteed delivery date services for any overseas buyers.
If you buy more than one item from separate listings, then use the REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER link as you go through payment options. On some items we may be able to combine postage, but this will not apply to Free Postage items obviously. We do refund overpayments where possible.

Bad payers – After FOUR days we will commence eBay’s Unpaid Item Procedure. PLEASE respond to emails, even if just to say how you intend to pay. You WILL get an Unpaid Strike if you refuse to pay. We want to help make eBay a secure trading ground for all and feel it only fair that bad payers are highlighted and removed.
Post & Packing Charges
Buyers should note that Postage Costs cover Packing, Administration, Handling, Insurance and not just Postage paid, and items are shipped ASAP by Royal Mail/Air Mail or Courier depending on item. We use new packing materials wherever possible to ensure safety of items. We obtain proof of posting on all items.
Where necessary we will sometimes change or upgrade a service at no extra cost to a buyer if it proves more secure and practical in sending items. However this is at our discretion.
UK buyers: if you have not received an item within Five Working Days of our confirmation email then please contact us by email. We would politely ask that you also FIRST contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding any items for you. DO NOT DELAY as items do get returned when not collected.
PLEASE do not buy then email asking for items ‘by Saturday……’ etc. We do try to be as fast as possible, but items have to be packed before being sent and it is not always possible to ship on the same day as payment for obvious reasons.
If Royal Mail or the Courier leaves a card the contact them ASAP – delays can mean items being returned to us and we have no choice but to recharge shipping (on items with Free Postage this only applies for the first attempt – to resend we have to charge)! Recorded Delivery items, for example, are returned within a week.
We would also ask that you provide eBay and Paypal with your most UP TO DATE ADDRESS! Where an eBay address differs from a PayPal address PLEASE confirm to avoid confusion – but we will only send items to the PayPal address. Overseas buyers we would suggest wait 21 days.
We reserve the right to reject payments from Unconfirmed Addresses on PayPal. You should always try to confirm your address details with them wherever possible as this will make your eBaying experience far better!
Shipping Times: We will ship items usually within 24/48 hours of payment (bear in mind Sundays and Bank Holidays!) – we do not mess about – BUT be aware that Industrial Action by UK or Overseas postage services will cause delays beyond our control. Please be patient in times of industrial action. However, as you will see from our feedback, we are fast!
Undelivered Items: Where items are returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier because they have attempted to deliver and an item has then not been collected from the buyer’s local sorting office/courier depot, we will recharge post and packing to redeliver. If you do not pay for redelivery we will refund only the cost of the item minus a 10% administration fee to cover wasted costs. This is not negotiable.
Items Damaged in the Post: In the event of an item arriving damaged in the post then contact us as soon as possible. We will require the items returned by you via Post or Courier for inspection (but we will refund return postage in the event of a valid problem). Allow us to solve any issues, but in most cases we can refund on return.
Items Lost in the Post: We will take care of the claim where an item is lost in the post BUT be aware that we can track our items and false claims will be reported to Royal Mail or the Courier who will take legal action against false claimants. Claiming for loss or damage that is not true is considered as fraud and will be dealt with as such.
UK Private Buyers Only: (This is NOT applicable to business buyers or overseas customers). If you want to return an item for a full refund (total price paid and postage at original transaction), please email us within 7 days of receipt. Items should be returned within 14 days of receipt and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage, which will not be refunded. Please return items in unused condition (damaged or items with tags removed will not be accepted) and either use a tracked mail service or obtain a Certificate of Posting (as buyer you will cover the cost of return postage and packing).

Anyone leaving Neutral or Negative feedback without notifying us of a problem and then allowing us a suitable time to make good a problem or solve a query, will be blocked and reported to eBay. The same applies for buyers leaving comments like ‘not the size I expected’ when the listing CLEARLY states sizes!
