We offer Economy Delivery on all items purchased and delivered to mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Additional charges may apply to other locations in the United Kingdom. Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same working day, after this time orders will be dispatched the following working day.
Majority of orders under £15 will incur a £2.99 delivery charge. Due to the dimensions of Really Useful boxes being too large to go with Royal Mail there will be a £5 delivery charge. Additionally some products above £15 may incur a £2.99 delivery charge.

Some furniture and storage items are delivered direct from our suppliers. These items can take a little longer to arrive, usually about 3 days, but sometimes up to 15 working days. For this type of order, our customer support team will email you with an order confirmation.
Majority of orders will be delivered using Royal Mail, depending on package size and weight. Selected orders above Â£35 will be sent out on a next day delivery service using Fedex.
If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to organise redelivery of your order.
