I only accept payment on ebay via paypal.

If you want to purchase your order using a personal cheque or a postal order then send me a message and I will call you back to discuss your desired payment arrangements.

Dispatch & Posting within the UK

All items are stocked within my warehouse and will be dispatched within 24hrs. In most cases items are packed and dispatched as soon as the order is made.

For UK customers there is NO postage charge on this item. 

Guaranteed Next Day service is available on most items if you want peace of mind for an urgent delivery, please contact me via ebay messaging to confirm that your item can be dispatched in time for the Next Day service. An additional charge of £5.00 is required Mon – Fri per package and £7.00 for items that are required on Saturday (this excludes bank holidays and Sundays).

Please let me know via ebay messaging if you require your package to be sent to a different address than the address registered on your ebay account.

If you have not received your parcel within 48hrs then please let me know via ebay messaging, It is rare but sometimes parcels do get lost within the postal service.

International Posting

For international postage cost if not displayed for your country please contact me via ebay messaging letting me know your address and I will let you know the postage charge.

VAT

The prices in my shop are shown as VAT inclusive. In the case of children's clothing, these are VAT exempt.

Returns Policy 

I do my best to make sure that all items reach the customer in perfect condition however due to the fact that items are not usually taken out of packs sometimes a faulty garment may slip through, or indeed get damaged in the post. Should this happen then please contact me via ebay messaging to discuss a replacement.

If the item simply isn’t what you expected or does not fit then a full refund will be given minus any postage charges once the item is received back in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. It is important that packages are returned SIGNED FOR.  

Please note that my returns policy for faulty goods is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods. If the item is not faulty then it must be returned within 7 day from receipt of goods. 

Due to hygiene reasons wigs, earrings, undergarments stockings, tights, teeth, facial hair, make-up and kinky gear cannot be returned unless faulty.

All non-faulty returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out in.

Privacy Policy

I do not disclose buyers' information to anybody else. I treat all orders with complete privacy as some of the items I sell are personal and sensitive.
