If you purchase an item which is faulty please contact us as soon as possable. With some products we can arrange for an engineer to call to repair or replace the item. If this service is not available or suitable we will arrange for new goods to be sent as soon as possable as long as we have been informed of the fault within 7 working days of the date of delivery. Outside this 7 day period we reserve the right to inspect and repair or replace items at our discretion only.
Any items returned must be in original packing and in as sold condition. With smaller items we would kindly request you return the items to us via Royal Mail. For larger items we can arrange a collection when we deliver the new items.
If a refund is prefered rather than new goods then it is the customers responsability to return the goods to us, then a full refund of the product price will be made less P&P. The only exception to this is boilers which must be viewed in position by the manufacturer if there is a fault. This is to ensure the products have been installed correctly and by a Gas Safe (Corgi Registered engineers are no longer allowed to fit boilers unless all so Gas Safe Registered) engineer. Consumers under the Distance Selling regulations who wish to cancel their order or return non faulty goods should do so within 7 working days of delivery. Cancellation should be in writing or Ebay message service. The delivery costs and safe return of these products must be at the consumers expense and within a reasonable time scale. Consumers must ensure these products are securely packaged to suit the method of transport chosen. The supplier does offer a chargeable collection service. The consumer is required to take reasonable care of all goods whilst in their possession. The Distance selling regulations do provide the supplier with the right of action against consumers for breach of the statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.
