Returns and Faulty Item Policy 1) All items that are personalised and made to order are non refundable. If we have made an error in the personalisation of your product we will of course rectify this. If you have provided incorrect details/spellings we cannot be held responsible. 2) For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 14 days by e-mail through ebay only. We will then advise further and may issue you with a return refernce number, and that should be quoted on all future correspondence.
