Returns: Please contact us by e-mail before returning any goods. We guarantee that all our goods are free from any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and we guarantee that the goods are fit for their intended use. You are required to check the precise purpose of each product before application. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you put the goods to a use which is not intended. New Items: We will refund items that are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order. Items must be returned in the same brand new and saleable condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. If the goods are unsuitable (don’t fit for example), a full refund for the purchased price will be offered. In this case postage costs will not be refunded. You will be obliged to pay the cost to return the items to us. It may take up to 15 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive in our warehouse. Damaged Items: In an unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty or have developed fault under normal use please contact us. We will not offer refunds for damaged goods. If we cannot repair the damaged product we will offer a replacement or exchange it with any other item. If the customer prefers any other item as an exchange then the difference in price will be either refunded or charged to the customer. We strongly recommend that you examine your luggage carefully before leaving the airport. Damage due to mishandling by the airport staff is not covered by our manufacturer’s warranty and we will not offer replacement or refund for luggage damaged whilst in airline or airport possession. You must file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport.
