This add is for 1 nights stay at our luxury villa built on the gated community of southern dunes with 24hr security on the ****1/2 star rated golf course and is available with free pool heat for remaining dates listed below (free pool heat is for 7 nights or more)

29th April - 6th May 2012,

1st July-13th July 2012 , 27th July-5th August, 26th August-9th October 2012, 11th november-21st december 2012

pool & spa :- our pool and spa are southfacing and get the sun all day all year round and is maintained by our management company who keep it crystal clear and can be heated

walking distance to walmart,mcdonalds,pizza hut and local restaurants and the golf clubhouse is open for meals and drinks for villa renters inside our 24hr security guard protected gated community

master bedroom:-our master bedroom has an american king size bed en-suite with walk in shower 2 seat corner bath 32in flat screen t.v & dvd player 100 channel cable

2nd bedroom:-queen size bed en-suite with bathroom and 32in flatscreen tv with 100 channel cable

3rdbedroom:-twin beds with 32in tv with flatscreen tv with 100 channel cable

4th bedroom:-themed disney kids room with 20in flatscreen tv with 100 channel cable

the villa has 2 large living areas both with 100 channel tv's dvd & films, x-box 360 & games and free wi-fi & free local calls.

games room :- pool table , air hockey, multi - gym , 2 sets of golf clubs, 4 bicycles, tennis rackets and balls.

We also have baby buggies x 3, baby high chair, baby cot for any families that are visiting and new carpets have been fitted throughout on December 2011.
