Delivery:
We will quickly dispatch your Flossy's using Royal Mail Second Class delivery. The shoes and checked over, boxed in an original Flossy box then securely packaged and franked with postage via our Royal Mail franking machine. The mail is then collected by Royal Mail at 5pm. Flossy orders received by 4.30pm will be dispatched the same day. You should receive the Flossy's within 2 working days of your order. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Returns:
We want you to be entirely happy with your Flossy purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the same, unworn product with the box to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods. Returns postage will only be refunded if the product is faulty. Our address is below.

Exchange:
More than happy to exchange any Flossy's purchased from ourselves that may not be suitable for any reason, too big, too small, wrong colour etc., etc., just sent them back to us (no need to resend the box) unused with a short description on the returns information sheet that came inside the box stating your requirements and we will happily upon receipt of the shoes send the replacement(s) back to you via Royal Mail. Our address is below. We try to turn around the exchanges within 24 hours. Please also include your original sales receipt so we know who has returned the shoes.

PLEASE NOTE ROYAL MAIL: If you are sending back shoes for return, exchange or refund, please just send them back without the cardboard box in a Jiffy type bag etc. because if you send them back with the box it will now be classed by Royal Mail as a large packet and cost over £5.00 for you to return them. If you send them without the box in the Jiffy style bag,  it is classed as a small packet and will only cost £2.60. This will save you money.

Collections:
If you would like to collect the Flossy's from us that is fine, please just email us letting us know that what you are collecting and we will reserve them for 7 days for you. Our address is below.
