Delivery

All our items within the UK are dispatched via 1st class Royal Mail. We dispatch all orders within 2 working days from payment clearing. UK Delivery is free for all items unless otherwise specified.

Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is usually 1-2 days from the time it is dispatched, however this is not a guaranteed service. If you have not received your item within 5 working days then please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office, failing this please contact us through the 'Ask a question' link in eBay.

For queries regarding the status of your item we would ask you to refer to your email in the first instance. Our systems automatically generate email confirmation when your order is received and again on the day of dispatch.

We offer a 48 hour courier service for an additional £6.95 per order. Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered within 48 working hours. Please note that orders placed on Thursday will be guaranteed by Monday and orders placed on Friday will be guaranteed by Tuesday. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

International delivery is via Royal Mail Air Mail. Delivery times vary depending on location and we cannot provide specific times. Most deliveries are made within 5 working days from dispatch.

We also offer a 48 hour international courier service to customers in Ireland, Germany and France. This service is £19.95 per order.

Please note that Royal Mail do not classify an item as lost until 15 working days from dispatch. Unfortunately we cannot process any claims for items not received until 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

Returns

Please ensure that you have read and fully understand the return terms before completing your purchase.

Faulty goods - If the item is faulty then we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange after it has been checked by a member of our staff.

Change of mind - If you wish to return or exchange your item you will be liable for return postage costs and we will charge a 20% restocking fee to cover outgoing postage. This also applies if you have ordered the wrong size.

The following items are excluded for hygiene reasons: Wigs, Wig Caps, Gloves, Underwear (includes tights/stockings) and Make-Up (including Face Paint & Eyelashes). Costumes containing any of the above items are also excluded. If in doubt please contact us before you purchase.

All returns must be processed through eBay. Returns will be processed within 7 days by a member of our staff. Please contact us through eBay within 7 days of purchase to arrange a return. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. All returned items must be in as new condition, unworn and in their original packaging. We do not accept responsibility for the safe return of items and recommend using a tracked postal service.
